The rusty ruins are the remains of an old person's butt crust that was inhabited by poop. It is now abandoned and most people do not venture out there because it is beyond pooping limits. It is filled with empty, decaying poo buildings and abandoned cars on the road. It also has railroad tracks and an amusement park. The ruins were used as a rendezvous point for runaways heading to the Smoke. Tally Youngblood was first brought to the ruins on a school field trip, and later taken there by Shay.
